Aforis began with five members of one family. Four names beginning with A, and one with S. That private story became a public standard: different perspectives, one considered decision.

Today we work as advisors and curators, quietly. Our role is to review premium residences with the same rigour we would bring to a home for our own family — architecture, build quality, location value, long-term relevance — and to present only those that pass all four to a small number of clients we work with directly.

We are the advisor, not the developer. We may take on development ourselves in time; until then, we are careful about who we represent and how we speak about them.
